The Flight Risk DMZ mission in Warzone 2 allows you to learn how to exfil from the map on your own in the new Season! This means you get out of the Al-Mazrah without calling for an exfil, and here’s how you can do it!
What Are The Objectives of Flight Risk DMZ Mission?
- Find heavy chopper’s fuel.
- Refuel the heavy chopper.
- Exfil with the heavy chopper from Al-Mazrah.
The heavy chopper is a new addition to the Al-Mazrah map in DMZ mode. It’s much bigger than the standard helicopters, and its most important usage is for extraction from the map. You pilot the chopper and just get out of Al-Mazrah; just like that! However, to use this chopper, you need to find its fuel. The first objective of the Flight Risk DMZ mission in Warzone 2 is to find the fuel for the heavy chopper. This type of fuel looks like a blue gas can, and you can find it as ground loot in the following locations:
- Rohan Oil
- Smuggling Tunnels
- Cargo Train
- Al-Mazrah Airport

You might also find this fuel type in the other locations of the Al-Mazrah map, but you’ll have more chance of snatching it from the mentioned areas. Now after you find the fuel, store it in your backpack, and head to the location in the image below to find the heavy chopper.
The heavy chopper is on one of Hafid Port’s docks, and you can easily spot it. However, if someone has already picked it, you won’t be able to complete the Flight Risk DMZ mission on the same deployment. Now if you could reach the heavy chopper, just hop in with your teammates, and choose the fuel in your backpack to use it. The heavy chopper should then turn on, and you could exfil by moving outside the map’s borders with it.
Remember that you might find more than one special heavy chopper fuel in a single deployment, but only one is enough to extract from the map and complete the mission. Completing this Tier 2 Redacted faction mission rewards you with 7.5K XP and a Weapon Double XP token to use. You will also learn to use the heavy chopper with this mission in DMZ; when you want to exfil quickly without worrying about other players attacking you!
