Today’s a big day for Honkai Star Rail leaks as we’ve seen Kafka’s full kit and more details about the 5-star version of a beloved character. Yet, there is something bigger out there. Some leakers have released a list of Honkai Star Rail’s unreleased characters. While many have been officially revealed already, and we’ve seen some in the game, others are a welcome surprise and might make some players spend cash to get them. We can safely say Honkai Star Rail has one of the best casts of characters in all of HoYoverse’s titles, and we’re glad to see the designs are not losing quality.
Honkai Star Rail Has at Least 25 Unreleased Characters

The above list shows 25 unreleased characters for Honkai Star Rail. This is great as it means HoYoverse has planned many things in advance. We already know some characters in the list are about to get here, but some are new to all of us. Here are the characters that appear on the list:

As you can see, Honkai Star Rail has a huge list of unreleased characters, which means the game is here for the long run. It is uncertain when these characters will release, but some have already appeared in certain Light Cones or the main story. We’ll have to wait and see HoYoverse make its move. Also, remember that these things can change. Some elements could change at the last moment, and some characters could take a while to release, like Baizhu in Genshin Impact. Yet, it is nice to see the cast will get a lot bigger in the future.
