Reunite the Korok Friends and embark on a quest to find the elusive Korok seeds in The Legend of Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom. It’s a long quest, but it’s one that kicks off during the earliest moments of the game, tasking Link with the return of everyone’s favorite forest sprites, the Koroks, and their coveted Korok Seeds. These little guys are scattered all throughout the land of Hyrule, just waiting to be found. First things first, though, are the two tutorial Korok Friends reunite. A Lazy Korok lies on one floating island, looking at his worried friend from across the sky. Alas, he is too tired to move, so you’ll have to help. Here’s how to reunite the Great Sky Island Korok friends in Tears of the Kingdom.

To begin, your priority is finding the rail that leads to the next floating island, which is near the initial Korok, and seeking your assistance. Once you locate it, use Ultrahand to grab the adjacent minecart, but don’t forget to attach a Zonai Fan to the cart’s rear before setting it on the rail. Haven’t encountered a Zonai Fan on the ground yet? Don’t worry; there’s Zonai Device Dispenser is available nearby. Just feed the machine with Zonai Chargers or Constructor Horns until it drops at least one Zonai Fan.

With your minecart ready, it’s time to Reunite Korok Friends in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Use your Ultrahand ability to pick up the initial Korok by grabbing its backpack and dropping it in the cart. Then, hop on the mine cart, too, and activate the Zonai Fan by striking it with your weapon. The cart will transport you to the other end, and once you arrive, exit the cart and use Ultrahand again to grab the Korok. Yes, he is that lazy.

Afterward, deposit the Korok close to its companion, who is located under a tent. Then, to complete the task, Reunite Korok Friends in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and speak to one of the two Koroks. This will earn you two Korok Seeds — carving the way for several more to come.

If you want to carry more shields, weapons, and bows in The Legend of Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom, you must start collecting those Korok seeds. With hundreds waiting for you to uncover them, you can upgrade your inventory slots by trading them into Hestu, an NPC located northwest of Lookout Landing. Each upgrade requires a certain number of seeds, so keep searching for more. Like in Breath of the Wild, these little seeds are scattered all over Hyrule, hiding under rocks or waiting behind a challenging minigame like this one.
