You can get the Miner’s Top in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom in Daphnes Canyon Mine of Central Hyrule Depths at the coordinates -1073, -0544, -0515. An Old Map found in the West Hebra Sky Archipelago will direct you to the Miner’s Top’s location. Once you have found it, you can go to the site near the Iayusus Lightroot and collect the Miner’s Top from the chest of the large structure. It will be easier to navigate if you enter the Depths through the Hyrule Field Chasm.

Similarly, suppose you are interested in finding the Miner’s Mask and the Trousers. In that case, they are located in Abandoned Kara Kara Mine at Gerudo Desert Depths and Hylia Canyon Mine at Central Hyrule Depths accordingly. Finding this armor set is tricky since you must travel a long distance to collect each piece. Also, on top of that, you’ll need the corresponding Old Maps for each armor piece.

What Is Miner’s Top?

Miner’s Top is an armor in Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom explicitly designed to help miners excavate in dark environments. The centerpiece of this armor is a shirt featuring lamps of varying sizes filled with bioluminescent material. It is a valuable tool for those needing to see in the dark. Its armor effect is a straightforward yet crucial benefit: it provides a glowing effect that helps the miner see better in low-light areas. It’s a great piece of equipment for those who need to explore subterranean areas with limited illumination.

Players need to gather resources and spend rupees on upgrading the armor set. The upgrade materials range from everyday items like Brightbloom Seed and Rupee to rare materials like Diamonds and Large Zotaite. The higher the elevated rank, the more benefits the armor set provides.

So, whether you’re an experienced miner looking to explore the Depths of Hyrule or an amateur adventurer, the Miner’s Top in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is a worthwhile investment. It will protect you from damage and help you find valuable resources in the dark. If you want to collect other armor pieces and the locations of the Miner’s Armor set, the video below from TriforceTimes will help.
