Among the several side quests available in Tears of the Kingdom, “Mine Cart Land: Open for Business” is great arcade fun. Being able to free the Gorons from some mind-control rocks and completing the Fire Temple will open up your opportunities in Goron City. Today we will visit the Southern Mine to do some carting mini-games. The first of these is, in fact, “Mine Cart Land: Open for Business”. Continue reading to know how to complete this side quest.

To start and beat Mine Cart Land: Open for Business in Tears for the Kingdom, you will have to visit Southern Mine, just south of Goron City. You will find a Goron that will direct you toward the entrance. Just follow the way to the left if coming from Goron City and then turn left again. You will be met with three Gorons that will do their best to smile and greet you.

After some funny dialogue, you will receive the quest which will have you standing in a mine cart. You will have to shoot several targets with your bow to complete this Tears of the Kingdom side quest. This time, you will have to hit 5 targets to complete the side quest. Since the cart will move relatively slowly, you won’t have any trouble hitting 5 targets. In fact, the Gorons will give you 10 arrows, so don’t worry about your inventory.

Once you gather 5 points and the time runs out, you will return to the Gorons. They will award you a total of 20 rupees for your feat and be invited to continue playing. The next time, however, will not be as easy as before. And since things escalate pretty quickly in Tears of the Kingdom, you bet things will get challenging.

Be sure to aim correctly and fire your arrows toward the balloon targets. You will see some targets that appear beneath the rails. Ignore them since you will eventually get to them by traveling along the rails. Like said above, this quest is relatively easy due to the low target requirement and the cart speed. You won’t have any problem if you do things as instructed.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now on Nintendo Switch.
