Final Fantasy series is among the franchises that were firstly popular in Japan and afterward gained an audience in the West. Since the majority of studios behind FF16 are Japanese, including the lead director, Yoshi P, players may decide to play the game with Japanese voiceovers. Even the aesthetic of the game, like the Darksteel sword or enemies like Midnight Raven, suggests the same thing. Here is the complete list of Japanese voice actors in Final Fantasy 16.

There is no denying that animes have inspired Final Fantasy 16 action sequences and even the cutscenes. This can be an excellent factor for players to switch to Japanese voice-over and play the game that way with English subtitles. The team of Japanese Voice Actors in FF16 is quite astonishing. It is a mixture of talented actors with great experience and lesser-known voice actors.

The biggest name among them is the voice actor of Clive, the protagonist of Final Fantasy 16. Yuya Uchida is the voice actor of this character that also did the Japanese voice-over of Freyr in God of War: Ragnarok, Markus in Detroit: Become Human, and Marcus Holloway from Watch_Dogs 2.

The other prominent voice actor in Final Fantasy 16 is Megumi Han, who played both young and adult versions of Jill Warrick in the game. He did the Japanese voice of Euni in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Kotoko Itakura in Lost Judgment. But his biggest role that most people may know is the Japanese voice of Ellie in The Last of Us Part II.

The complete list of Final Fantasy 16 Japanese voice actors is below.
