Once inside the building, climb up the stairs to the third floor.
On the third floor, walk along the corridor to turn left. A wooden door will be waiting for you at the end of the hall. The door is normally locked. However, if you have the Art Center Loft Key in your inventory, you will get the option to open it when you get close enough to the door.
