To get the Gelatinous Mass in Final Fantasy 16, you must defeat an A-rank miniboss named Flan Prince. This miniboss is the target of Notorious Mark, aka Muddy [Expletive] Hunt. To accept the order for this boss, you must talk to Nektar and use the Hunt Board.
After accepting the Muddy [Expletive] Hunt, you will know that this creature lives in the Rosaria region near Hawk’s Cry Cliff (use the Obelisk of the same name). When you reach the indicated place, you only need to climb a little to the north, as shown in the image above. Get to the upper right corner and enter the valley. After a few seconds, a terrifying Flan Prince will appear from the ground.
