Bandai Namco isn’t slowing down with its anime fighting games, and a beloved series is finally getting its own. Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash has been announced for consoles and PC, and anyone who’s played the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm titles will feel right at home. This new Jujutsu Kaisen game will feature unique mechanics that’ll set it apart from other titles from the developer. As far as we’ve seen in the trailer, teamwork will play a huge part and might lead to some fun matches.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash Is Getting Its Own Game

Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash - Announcement Trailer

As far as we’ve seen in the trailer, this new Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash game will feature some of the anime and manga’s most iconic characters. We’ve already seen Itadori, Gojo, and Fushiguro as playable characters, and knowing Bandai Namco, we’ll get many more. It is uncertain if we’ll get the full roster at launch or some of the characters as paid DLC, but we’re hoping for the former. But, given the recent gaming trends, we can expect to pay for some extra features or fighters.

One of the best things about the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash game is the team fighting mechanics. This title will feature 2v2 fights, something new in anime fighting games made by this developer. This will give players plenty of opportunity to experiment with different team compositions.

Besides the abovementioned information, there isn’t much else to go on. The developers haven’t revealed an official release date for the game. Yet, it is good to know that it’ll arrive on several platforms, including the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Let’s hope to see an official release date soon for this new anime fighting game.
