In Harry Potter Magic Awakened, you will need to unlock all Echoes to provide much-needed buffs for your Dueling Club decks. Echoes are character Cards that can give specific bonuses which work the best in a particular type of deck. For example, summoning Snape will turn your auto-attacks into a bouncing Sectumsempra, attacking more than one target. Meanwhile, Newt can help out by summoning additional monsters to the field.

You can obtain and unlock all Echoes in Harry Potter Magic Awakened by completing the Forbidden Forest Solo Explorations. The forest hides various challenges, including dangerous bosses, but finishing it will reward you with plenty of valuable items. Forbidden Forest is also the only place where you can farm the Echoes of powerful Wizarding World wizards.

To unlock all Echoes in Harry Potter Magic Awakened, you have to clear Forbidden Forest Solo Explorations up to Level 16. Usually, for every two levels, you will be able to access new Echoes. You can also check each Echo unlock requirement from the in-game menu itself:

  1. Open the Charms menu.
  2. Tap on the Echo you are currently using.
  3. Look at the sidebar on the left of your screen.
  4. If there are still locked Echoes, tap on them
  5. You should be able to see their unlock requirements.

At the time of writing, in total, there are 14 Echoes available to be unlocked in Harry Potter Magic Awakened. As an example, look at the list below.

Echo How to Unlock
Dobby Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 1
Hermione Granger Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 3
Harry Potter Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 4
Severus Snape Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 5
Newt Scamander Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 8
Weasley Twins (Fred and George) Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 10
Neville Longbottom Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 12
Rubeus Hagrid Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 14
Bellatrix Lestrange Complete Forbidden Forest Solo Exploration Stage 16

As you can see from the example above, you will mostly open new Echoes at Levels 1, 3, 5, and multiples of two until 16. Once you have unlocked all of them, you can obtain random Echoes from completing any modes in the Forbidden Forest. With that in mind, you will want to build your deck properly and rush the Forest as soon as you can!

Of course, NetEase and Portkey Games might add new characters down the road. Making Level 16 not the last level to obtain all available Echoes in the game. When the time comes, this Harry Potter Magic Awakened Echo unlocking guide will be updated to reflect those changes.

Harry Potter Magic Awakened is available for iOS and Android.
