During the game’s first hours, you’ll notice a girl who wears a puppet in her hand enter the establishment. She’ll give you the “Reticent Girl” quest, which is the one that unlocks the bug net. She’ll have you dive for White Trevally in Dave the Diver, and once you get a few, you can return to make her special dish and unlock the bug net feature in the game.
