The Fearless DMZ mission is a Phalanx faction objective. If you pick this mission, you are assigned to take a high risk in Vondel. Your mission is to kill the Bullfrog commander, snatch the weapon case, and raid the Fire Station DMZ area. What Are The Objectives of The Fearless DMZ Mission?

So the first thing you need to know about the Fearless DMZ mission is that you must deploy in the Vondel map. Next is that you should be doing all of the objectives in one deployment only. Mess up and get KIA, and you’ll have to start from the beginning. Also, remember that this mission includes a boss fight, and there will be other online players and AI forces coming after you. So bring your best-geared operator, and buy tons of armor plates before engaging. Also, remember to run some HVT contracts and loot some places in Vondel to find a Fire Dept. key before starting the mission.
Where is Vondel Weapon Case?
Now, the first objective of the Fearless DMZ mission is to grab the Vondel weapon case. This item is in the position of the Bullfrog commander in Season 4. After a few minutes, you’ll see Bullfrog coming in from one side of the map. The boss’s position with the weapon case will be highlighted by an orange question mark on the map, which you can track even if another player gets it faster than you.
The Bullfrog commander inside a car, so bringing a rocket launcher with you is recommended. All you have to do is to track him, set up an ambush, and blow up his armored vehicle. The next thing you want to do is to pick the weapon case and rush toward the Fire Station area for the Fearless DMZ mission’s second objective.
Where is The Fire Station in Vondel DMZ?
The Fire Station is located southwest of Vondel in both DMZ and Warzone 2. But before heading inside the area, you should activate a UAV Tower near it and also have its key to open the Fire Station’s doors. The key to the Fire Station does not have a certain location to find, but you can randomly get it as ground loot or by running HVT contracts before starting the Fearless DMZ mission. Also, remember that this key is not the same as the Fire Dept. Dorm key, which you will not need for this mission.
Now, once you’re in a position of this key and you have snatched the weapon case, it’s time for a raid! Attack the Fire Station shown in the image above with no mercy. All of these AI soldiers deserve an unhappy ending so make short work of them all. After you’ve eliminated all the AI forces inside, your second objective will be complete.
However, the final part of the Fearless DMZ mission might be the most dangerous of all. You need to exfil with the weapon case. But as soon as you call in the exfil chopper and that green flare goes up, AIs and other online players will attack to stop you. The best option to avoid them, however, is to call for extraction and then camp inside a building nearby to set up an ambush for other online players and AI forces. The Fearless DMZ mission is complete after you exfil with the Vondel weapon case!
Is The Fearless DMZ Mission Bugged?
Yes, after you clear the Fire Department area in the Fearless DMZ mission, you’ll see that all your objectives are marked as complete. This is while you need to exfil with the weapon case to accomplish this mission. The game will not submit your progress if you see the completion marks and do not exfil with the case. So to prevent this from happening, make sure to do all the objectives in order to finish the Phalanx task.
