It’s typical for game developers to reference themselves within a game, and BitLife is no exception. To work for the game from within the game, you’ll have to follow some crucial steps. Let’s walk through the steps below:

  1. Make your way to Miami
    • The devs for BitLife all work from Miami, where their headquarters is. The easiest way to do this is to be born in Miami, but you can always save some money and move to Miami after graduation. It’s up to you as long as you end up in Miami.
  2. Study Computer Science
    • To study Computer Science, you must have a decently high Smarts stat. A high Smarts stat can be achieved by being born with high Smarts or studying your way through school to raise it.
    • Once you’ve joined High School, you should be on the lookout for any computer-related clubs or extracurriculars.
    • After you graduate High School, head out to University for a Computer Science Major. Then, once you’re done with that, you can start looking for work for BitLife in BitLife.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
