Most newer games are only released for the latest console editions, which raises the question: will Remnant 2 be available on PS4 and Xbox One? The developers at Gunfire Games have said the chances of the game releasing on last-gen consoles aren’t great, and it is likely not to happen in the future either. Given the game’s size and system requirements, a last-gen release is not expected to be possible. If it ever happens, the game won’t run nearly as well as on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It wouldn’t be worth playing on last-gen consoles, as it would greatly diminish your gameplay.
