This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

To get Shining Essence Echo in Remnant 2, you must complete one of the N’Erud world storylines and defeat the Tal Ratha final boss. It’s worth noting that Tal Ratha will only be the final challenge on N’Erud if you start your adventures in this world in Forgotten Prison. But if you get differ N’Erud map, you must restart this world in Adventure Mode.

After starting your journey, you will hear a mysterious voice that asks you to find the Soul Sparks. Ultimately, this voice will be Tal Ratha, whom you will meet only in the final battle of this world. He will offer you several options that will affect the final reward. But likely, you will receive Shining Essence Echo with any solution as a bonus reward.

As we said earlier, you can use Shining Essence Echo in two ways. But it is worth noting that if you want to get both items, you must go through the N’Erud world with the Forgotten Prison starting area twice. However, let’s talk about everything in order.

First of all, no matter what reward you want to receive, you have to visit Ascension Spire in N’Erud. When you reach the right place, you can exchange Shining Essence for two different items by visiting certain NPCs:

  • Siphon Heart. To get this item, you only need to visit the NPC Custodian in the central hall of the Ascension Spire. You won’t have to look for other materials, so you can immediately exchange Shining Essence for the desired item. And by using Siphon Heart, you can get 10% of base damage dealt as Lifesteal for 10s.
  • Void Idol. On the other hand, you can go down into the inconspicuous pit on the left behind the seated statue in Ascension Spire to find Drzyr Replicator and exchange Shining Essence Echo for Void Idol. Thanks to this item, your Reload Speed will increase by 20%. In addition, you only need 50% of the magazine from reserves to fully reload.
