This season, the Origin Perk Specialization Seasonal Artifact perk increases the effects of certain Origin Traits in Destiny 2: Season of the Witch, like the Unsated Hunger Origin Trait. The Origin Perk Specialization Perk can be found twice in the Seasonal Artifact. It’s important to be aware of what each of the affected traits do so you can craft your build around it! Let’s learn how the Unsated Hunger Origin Trait works in Destiny 2: Season of the Witch.

The Unsated Hunger Origin Trait is relatively new in the game, only added on August 19th, 2023. Unsated Hunger is craftable on six weapons. However, it does stack with mods of similar types. The Unsated Hunger Origin Trait Grants 20 Stability, 60 Handling, and 60 Reload Speed while Grenade, Melee, and Class Abilities are all uncharged. Swords receive 50 Charge Rate and 40 Guard Endurance instead.

Two perks will improve the effects of the Unsated Hunger that are included in the Seasonal Artifact for the Season of the Witch:

  • Origin Perk Specialization I
    • The benefits provided by the Head Rush, Nanotech Tracer Rockets, Unsated Hunger, and Cursed Thrall are now largely improved.
  • Origin Perk Specialization II
    • Any weapons that have the Head Rush, Nanotech Tracer Rockets, Unsated Hunger, and Cursed Thrall are always overcharged whenever this modifier is active.

Which Weapons Have the Unsated Hunger Origin Trait?

There are a total of six weapons that can have this trait that the Origin Perk Specialization Season Artifact perks can improve:

  • Brya’s Love
    • Scout Rifle
    • Primary Ammo
    • Void
  • Eleatic Principle
    • Machine Gun
    • Heavy Ammo
    • Arc
  • Kept Confidence
    • Hand Cannon
    • Primary Ammo
    • Strand
  • Locus Locutus
    • Sniper Rifle
    • Primary Ammo
    • Stasis
  • Semiotician
    • Rocket Launcher
    • Heavy Ammo
    • Strand
  • The Eremite
    • Fusion Rifle

She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
