While the Destiny 2 Royal Executioner may not be a new gun, it’s always wise to be up to date on God Rolls! God Rolls describes the best rolls available on a weapon for certain instances in-game, and in this case, both PvE and PvP. You can get a variety of traits on each weapon you obtain in the game, but some are just better than others. Those are the ones you want to aim for and the reason many players spend so long farming activities for weapon drops. Let’s talk about the Destiny 2 Royal Executioner God Rolls.

How To Get Royal Executioner in Destiny 2

Since Royal Executioner was one of the seasonal weapons during the Season of Defiance, there’s no real way to grind for it anymore, unfortunately. Though, you can obtain old seasonal weapons through Banshee-44. Another great way to get the Royal Executioner in Destiny 2 is to run through the Dares of Eternity or purchase it from Xur when he has it up for sale!

Destiny 2 Royal Executioner Stats and Origin Trait

The Destiny 2 Royal Executioner comes with the Noble Deeds basic Origin Trait, along with some decent stats:

  • Noble Deeds Origin Trait –This weapon gains charges after assisting allies with revives, healing, overshields, or subclass buffs. Defeating targets consumes charges. While charges, this weapon gains bonus handling and reload speed or charge rate for Swords.
  • Impact: 70
  • Range: 31
  • Stability: 35
  • Handling: 30
  • Reload Speed: 32
  • Reload Time: 2.44 seconds
  • Magazine Size: 6
  • Zoom: 15
  • Airborne Effectiveness: 6
  • Recoil: 58
  • Bounce Intensity: 42
  • Charge Time: 660

PvE God Roll

  • Barrel: Arrowhead Brake
    • Lightly vented barrel
    • Greatly controls recoil
    • Increases handling speed
  • Battery: Accelerated Coils
    • Speeds up charge
    • Faster charge time
    • Decreases impact damage
  • Basic Trait 1: Envious Assassin
  • Basic Trait 2: Reservoir Burst
  • Origin Trait: Noble Deeds
  • Masterwork: Range
  • Mod: Boss Spec

PvP God Roll

  • Barrel: Flutes Barrel
    • Greatly increases handling speed
    • Slightly increases stability
  • Battery: Projection Fuse
    • Increases range (+10)
  • Basic Trait 1: Slickdraw
  • Basic Trait 2: Killing Wind
  • Origin Trait: Noble Deeds
  • Masterwork: Range
  • Mod: Quick Access Sling

While many of the same traits in the PvE God Roll for Royal Executioner may work for the PvP God Roll as well, there are some important things to keep in mind. When you’re playing PvP it’s not all the time that you’ll be in close combat, and especially not with a Fusion Rifle. That said, you top priority with PvP should be Range.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
