Warframe is getting ready for the year’s spookiest month, and to get into the mood, the developers are planning something big for the October update. Said update will bring a rework for Companions and Hydroid in Warframe, and the Abyss of Dagath update. The Companion Rework has been requested for a while, and it’s nice to finally get an estimated date of when said reworks will arrive. These are just some of the closest quality-of-life changes players can expect, but many more things are coming in 2023 for this game.
Warframe Announces a Dagath, Companion, and Hydroid Rework for October Update
The Abyss of Dagath is the upcoming update for Warframe in which, as mentioned, a new frame will appear along the Hydroid and Companion reworks. Dagath comes with many more things than just her frame, and players can also expect a Dojo room filled with items that go well with this new frame’s aesthetic. While the new content could be fantastic, players are more excited about the reworks that Digital Extremes is bringing to the game.
A Full Warframe Companion Rework is Coming in October
Many fans have expressed their concern regarding the companion system in Warframe. After a long wait, players will no longer have to worry about permadeath or other things that would deter players from trying this system.

Of everything coming to the October update of Warframe we saw during Tennocon 2023, veteran players should watch for the reworks on Companions and Hydroid. Yet, getting a Dagath will be fantastic to set the mood of the season, which we know gets pretty fun when playing this game.
While many more things are coming, like new Cinematic Quests, gamers worldwide can expect these changes and additions to hit the Warframe in October. Hopefully, these changes will be for the best.
Warframe is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
