Armored Core 6 provides players with a plethora of things to customize their mechs, from tetrapod legs to some weapons capable of mass destruction. If you’ve delved into the game’s story, you might’ve heard some NPCs talk about Coral Energy. This is crucial to the plot and those who want to get as much firepower as possible. Armored Core 6 has many Coral Weapons ready to unlock, making some of the game’s fights much easier; here, we’ll tell you how to get them all.

Before you try to get any of them, it is important to note they are only obtainable after beating the game twice. You must unlock New Game++ to get any Coral Weapons in Armored Core 6. However, we feel there’s a good reason for that. Given how powerful and rare they are, it’s only normal for players to put effort into getting some of the game’s best weapons. While this might seem daunting, the effort is worth it, and you won’t regret getting these new armaments. With that out of the way, here’s how to get all of them:

Weapon Unlock Requirements
IA-C01W6 NB-Redshift Coral Rifle Defeat D3: Classified Subject in the Arena (New Game++)
IA-C01W7 ML-Redshift Coral Oscillator Defeat D3: Classified Subject in the Arena (New Game++)
IB-C03W1 WLT 011 Coral Rifle Defeat D2: Classified Subject in the Arena (New Game++)
IB-C03W3-NGI 006 Coral Missile Launcher Complete the “Regain Control of the Xylem” Mission
IB-C03W2 WLT-101 Coral Oscillator Reach Hunter Class Rank 15 in LOGHUNT
IB-C03W4 NGI 028 Coral Shield Found during the “Regain Control of the Xylem” Mission

What Coral Weapons Do

Coral Weapons in Armored Core 6 bring many things to the plate regarding damage and playstyle. First and foremost, these weapons are some of the most powerful ones in the game, and you can identify them by their red glow, similar to the Sea Spider boss’ weapons. Besides the looks, some of them have different firing modes. The WLT 011 Coral Rifle, for example, has three firing modes when you charge it. One is similar to the usual charge attacks of other rifles, but if you charge it beyond the maximum, it can launch a beam of energy you must aim manually. Overall, these weapons are perfect for many situations and will give you an edge in combat.

Armored Core 6 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
