In true FromSoftware fashion, Armored Core 6 features multiple endings, three to be specific. Those wanting to see them all will need to play the game more than once, which is something you can expect from games by these developers. Yet, with everything you get when playing the game in New Game+ and New Game++ modes, there’s a reason to go back and see each ending. If you want to see all endings in Armored Core 6, you must know there is a good, a bad, and a true ending; here, we’ll tell you how to unlock all of them.

Before we delve into specifics, endings in Armored Core 6 are tied to decisions in certain missions. You might’ve noticed that certain chapters have decisions you need to face, and these will change the course of your playthrough and, in turn, show you different endings. Now that you know how endings work, let’s dive into what you must do to see each.

Good Ending: Liberator of Rubicon

We recommend going for this ending first, as it’s pretty straightforward. To get the good ending in the game, you must make the following choices:

  • Chapter 1 – Misson 6: Choose the “Refuse” option (Only if you’re going for the good ending inย New Game+)
  • Chapter 3 – Mission 19: Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech (Only if you’re going for the good ending inย New Game+)
  • Chapter 3 – Mission 21: Eliminate the Enforcement Squads
  • Chapter 4 – Mission 31: Intercept the Redguns
  • Chapter 5 – Mission 38: Eliminate “Cinder” Carla

Bad Ending: The Fires of Raven

The bad ending is pretty easy to get, too, and it can also be a good choice for those playing for the first time. However, it’s also good to leave it for a second playthrough as it doesn’t require any extra steps.

  • Chapter 3 – Mission 22: Destroy the Specia Forces Craft
  • Chapter 4 – Mission 32: Ambush the Vespers
  • Chapter 5 – Mission 37: Intercept the Corporate Forces

True Ending: Alea Lacta Est

To get the true ending in Armored Core 6, you must do plenty of things, and it’s only available during New Game ++. This means those who want to see the game’s faithful ending will have to spend many hours in the game. Here’s how to obtain it:

  • Chapter 1 โ€“ Mission 06: Select “Accept” during the mission.
  • Chapter 3 โ€“ Mission 19: Prevent Corporate Salvage of New Tech
  • Chapter 3 โ€“ Mission 31: Eliminate the Enforcement Squads
  • Chapter 4 โ€“ Mission 26-B: Coral Export Denial
  • Chapter 4 โ€“ Mission 33-B: Eliminate V.III

As you can see, unlocking all endings in Armored Core 6 will take a while, and you’ll likely have to spend time in the New Game+ modes. Still, we recommend doing it, as each ending has interesting lore for fans of the series and even for newcomers.

Armored Core 6 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
