Emily Ratajkowski has been keeping busy with her latest swimwear design from Imorata Women, which has her posing barefoot. The model has released some mind-blowing bikini collections from her swimwear line over the summer, making the mostly unconventional pieces work with her bangin’ body. From the Imorata Woman X Mirror Palais collection to the strappy Luciana, her swimwear line became a staple throughout the warm season, fast selling out. But her latest release has fans in a haze.
Emily Ratajkowski Poses Barefoot for Bikini Promotion
This week, the fashion icon debuted another swimwear collection from Imorata Women, taking to social media to promote them ahead of its official launch. A video on her Instagram stories showed Emily Ratajkowski clad in nothing but skimpy swimwear, posing barefoot. The video featured the mom-of-one in a white crochet bikini, perched on her toes while striking various poses from a distance in what appeared to be the backyard of a rustic-style home.
She shared more close-up shots of herself in the unique piece on the Imorata Women’s official Instagram account. Her skimpy crochet bikini left little to the imagination as the seashell flaps barely cupped her curves.
Beautiful But Not Functional?
Emily Ratajkowski looked breathtaking in the barefoot snaps, proving her newest collection, the Lorelei crochet bikini, the ultimate key to achieving a sultry appearance seamlessly this summer. Yet, many questioned the functionality of her crochet seashell bikini. One commenter wrote,
“This particular swimsuit doesn’t look like you can swim in it.”
Another wondered,
“Would be nice if they made a more suitable suit hahaha. I like this one too. Obviously, it’s cute, but my thought was how will it hold up on the beach.”
Many worried that the swimwear might not offer adequate coverage given the revealing nature of crochet pieces. They cited Emily Ratajkowski’s barefoot snaps and how her failure to show off the swimwear from behind seemed like an obvious attempt to conceal the backside view because they revealed too much. One fan commented,
“To be honest, it looks pretty. But my second view says that you should improve the style as it does not protect the [catface emoji] . It seems to me that you can see too much.”
Another opined,
“The bottoms looks very loose around the Hoohaa area. When wet do the bottoms fall further down???
Meanwhile, some fans believed the unique crochet bikini only suited certain body types owing to its loose, open seashell-style flaps. A curious fan questioned,
“Does this work on flat-chested girlies? looks like it would fall off.”
Other fans pointed out to those in doubt that they could always explore other bikini brands that suit their needs. It appears Emily anticipated such queries ahead of her bikini launch. At some point during the barefoot photo shoot, Emily Ratajkowski bent over toward the camera to offer a closer look at her bountiful cleavage from the swimwear. Impressively, the flaps kept her nips from spilling over despite seeming to do the exact opposite. Hence, those cute little cups just might be more functional than aesthetically possible at first glance.
