At this stage, everything is quite simple. You only need to progress through the Phantom Liberty story until you reach the Firestarter mission. Shortly after starting this quest, you can either help or betray Songbird. You only need to select Help Reed Capture Songbird when asked. Further development of events in the mission will lead to you starting the Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos mission.
What You Should Do During Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos Mission
Shortly after starting this mission, you must call Mr. Hands and talk to him about destroying the MaxTac convoy. In response to your words, this NPC will send you to a skilled netrunner, known to many players as the Quickhack seller. However, this time, you are interested in the coordinates and route of the above-mentioned special forces. You will also have to meet with Reed briefly to discuss the plan.
Having received the necessary data, wait for the convoy in the ambush and destroy it, but there is one essential requirement. After taking positions, contact Mr. Hands again and provide him with the coordinates of the takedown. Having fulfilled this requirement, proceed to an exciting battle and fight until you win.
Once the last MaxTac operative falls, progress through the story until you complete the DLS. Some time later, you will receive a message from Mr. Hands in which he will congratulate you on a job well done and say that a surprise awaits you in your apartment. So head to the megabuilding apartment and pick up your new Maxtac Mantis Blades. As we said at the beginning, the damage of this weapon is slightly lower than the high-level Mantis Blades that you can buy from Ripperdoc. But the health regen when defeating a bleeding enemy and increased DoT damage more than compensates for this drawback.
