Recently, Sam Underwood landed in police custody after he allegedly assaulted a woman. Law enforcement told TMZ on Sunday that on October 7 at 2:30 a.m., the police responded to a 911 call about a disturbance at an apartment in Los Angeles. Witnesses told the officials Underwood and an unidentified woman engaged in a heated brawl that got physical. The cops said Sam Underwood’s alleged battery left the woman with visible marks on her body. Given the situation, the police arrested the actor for felony domestic battery.
Underwood reportedly spent almost ten hours in police custody before the cops booked and released him. In the coming weeks, Underwood may face criminal charges as the authorities will submit his case to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office. Meanwhile, the identity of the woman as well as her relationship with the English man is still unknown.
