Britney Spears is seemingly dissing a mystery person in her latest dance video as she puts her body on display in a revealing outfit amid memoir release. Britney Spears’ memoir, The Woman in Me recently hit the market, packed with several mindblowing revelations about her past, dating life, marriages, and battle with anxiety. While these revelations have made her book one of the fastest-selling by a celebrity, it came at the expense of burning many bridges. In fact, some of the notable mentions in her books, like her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake have been adversely affected by her revelations, with multiple fans coming for them. Behind the scenes though, she seems to have even more displeased folks on her neck.
Britney Spears Gets Naughty in Dance Video
The Gimme More crooner dedicated her latest dance video to “those people.” In the dance video, shared on Instagram, Britney Spears flaunted her trim figure in a flimsy outfit that bared her toned midriff, legs, and much of her lower abdomen. The video began with the crooner twisting her hips to the track, Mi Gente, by Willy Williams while rocking a flowered crop top, black boyshorts, and white boots. At intervals during her saucy choreography, the star pulled her black shorts further down her hips to reveal the tattoos gracing the upper edges of her bikini line. Captioning the post, the mom of two wrote a cryptic message seemingly dissing someone who put up one hand” for anxiety. It read,
“Don’t you just love those people who put one hand up for anxiety 🙋🏼♀️ !!! Heard a bird bird bird … hand up my ass !!! Sorry I had to 🤷🏼♀️ !!!”
Although she went no further in the dance video, Britney Spears made another anxiety reference in her memoir released days prior. In the bombshell book, the star went candid about her battle with social anxiety and perinatal depression, especially in the wake of her Justin Timberlake split decades ago.
While Justin has yet to respond directly to her claims, Britney’s ex-husband Jason Alexander refutes most of her revelations as false. He also criticized her for constantly posting nude photos on the gram, describing it as childish. Apparently, Britney took his criticism with a grain of salt as barely hours later, she shared a photo of herself completely naked, the first of its kind in many months. Whether or not her nude photo was a bashful reaction to Jason’s claim, the star is certainly making it clear it’s “her own body, her rules.”
