Two of the most-anticipated new series releasing this week are White Widow and Spider-Boy. In Sarah Gailey and Alessandro Miracolo’s White Widow series, Yelene Belova is embarking on a new path. The fan-favorite superspy is beginning a new chapter in her life after spending most of her life controlled by others. Now, she is free to make her own way in the world. However, will she forge something new with her life or return to the only life she has ever known?
Alongside Yelene Belova’s new adventure is the debut of Spider-Boy #1. This series, from Dan Slott, Paco Medina, and Ty Templeton, explores the mysterious origins of this young Spidey hero. After the events in The End of the Spider-Verse, Spider-Boy is ready for a new adventure. This time, he will joined by Spider-Man himself to unravel the mystery behind this Spidey sidekick.
More New And Returning Issues
This week’s new comics also see a new installment in Marvel Unlimited’s Jeff the Land Shark saga. It’s Jeff: The Jeff-Verse #1 brings another series of adventures for the hero. This one-shot collects issues #13-24 of the Infinity Comics series and features a new cover and new story from Kelly Thompson and Gurihiru.
Jonathan Hickman and Stefano Caselli bring a new team of heroes together this week in Ultimate Universe #1. Meanwhile, the Fall of X is still raging in X-Men #28 from Gerry Duggan and Joshua Cassara. While Yelena Belova finds a new path, Natasha Romanoff is dealing with other changes in Venom #27 from Torunn Gronbekk and Julius Ohta.
