Video Game Developer Allods Team and publisher My.com have announced that the first round of closed beta testing for the upcoming action MMO, Cloud Pirates will begin on October 18th. This first round of the closed beta will run for one week, ending on October 24. All players who have purchased the Cloud Pirates founder packs will have guaranteed access the closed beta. The beta will give players the opportunity to try twenty-one playable ships within three different weight categories. Beta participants can use these ships on four different maps, and in four of Cloud Pirates different game modes, deathmatch, control point capture, deadman’s chest, and payload escort.

To have a guaranteed access, players can also get one of the founder packs that have been revealed today. Besides guaranteed access to all closed beta phases, players will get the following exclusive content with the purchase of the packs:
