The Apotheosis Veil is a pretty useful Exotic Helmet in Destiny 2, as long as you’re a Warlock and you enjoy kicking the crap out of unsuspecting enemies. The armor piece isn’t a well-known or even a widely used piece, but that’s sure to change with all the updates made to it in the Season of the Wish. The Exotic Helmet has some nice features that allow you to increase your Warlock’s capabilities in quite a few areas, and it’s best used with Rift abilities. However, it really can be used for just about everything, and it doesn’t require you to mow down enemies like that grass you forgot to cut last weekend.
How To Obtain Apotheosis Veil Exotic Warlock Helmet
The Apotheosis Veil Exotic Warlock Helmet is pretty hard to get your hands on nowadays in Destiny 2. As with most of the better Exotics, you can only obtain it through Exotic Engrams, or as a World Drop. However, if you do try to pick it up from a world drop, be aware that it is an extremely rare drop, and it can take quite some time to get. Additionally, it can sometimes appear as a reward for Legend Lost Sectors on Helmet Day. Though, that’s always a bit of a gamble, considering you can get just about any Exotic Helmet for completions, and there are quite a few of them.
Why is Apotheosis Veil So Great in Season of the Wish? Answered
To begin with, Apotheosis Veil boasts some pretty nice stats and an insane Exotic Armor Perk:
- Insatiable – Immediately regenerate health, melee, grenade, and Rift energy for you and your nearby allies upon activating your Super. After your Super ends, temporarily gain greatly increased melee and grenade regen.
- Mobility – 10
- Resilience – 7
- Recovery – 7
- Discipline – 6
- Intellect – 16
- Strength – 6
Though, since the Season of the Wish update, Apotheosis Veil now grants Cure Tier 3 for you and all nearby allies when you cast your Super. Additionally, after your Super ends, you now temporarily gain greatly increased melee and grenade regen for eight seconds. That said, it’s much more effect and useful than it previously was, and it’s well worth getting your hands on this season.
