Great news for anyone who has doesn’t have a paid, online account through Playstation Plus – this weekend, March 20-22, Sony is opening the gates to the online multiplayer world for all Playstation 4 users. This comes at a great time with new releases like Battlefield: Hardline and Helldivers.
The free promotion runs from March 20, 12:01am PST through March 22, 11:59 PST.
Online gameplay through Playstation 4 usually required a PS Plus account, which costs $50.00 for a year. Additionally, those with PS Plus accounts receive free games every month courtesy of the Instant Game Collection for all Playstation systems.
