Madness Ore is an extremely rare resource available in the Saints and Seducers DLC. With it, you can craft one of the best armors in the game, although it will be quite heavy. How To Obtain Madness Ore in Skyrim

As mentioned above, Madness Ore will be quite difficult to obtain and there are generally two ways to do it.
