This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

The release date of Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is so close we can taste it, and to celebrate it, the developers have teased us with the reveal of Yuta and Geto as playable characters. Previously, Bandai Namco unveiled several other members of Jujutsu High who would join the battle, but this time, we are getting the protagonist of the anime’s movie. With flashy cursed techniques and amazing visuals, we can’t wait to get our hands on every member of this co-op fighting game set to launch in a few weeks.

Geto and Yuta Unveiled as Playable Characters for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash

If you didn’t know, Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash brings the acclaimed manga series to the video game landscape in 2v2 gameplay style. Players can tag along with other gamers or NPCs to tackle iconic fights from the show or just for a friendly bout. Characters such as Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Satoru Gojo are some of the few you’ll be able to try while playing. However, players were expecting a few more sorcerers to join the fight, and we’re happy to see Yuta and Geto coming to the game at launch. So far, this is the confirmed roster for the game:

  • Yuji Itadori
  • Megumi Fushiguro
  • Nobara Kugisaki
  • Satoru Gojo
  • Ryomen Sukuna
  • Maki Zenin
  • Toge Inumaki
  • Panda
  • Aoi Todo
  • Jogo
  • Hanami
  • Kento Nanami
  • Mahito
  • Eso / Kechizu
  • Yuta Okkotsu
  • Suguru Geto

According to the official website, the Hidden Inventory/Premature Death arcs are coming as DLC, so we could expect other new characters to join the game further down the road. Still, it’s nice to see many playable party members when the game launches. We hope this title meets everyone’s expectations, and we can’t wait to see what the developers are planning for the game. Hopefully, it’ll reach the heights of other recent fighting anime-style games such as Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.

Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash launches on February 2, 2024, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
