We’ve all been waiting for the release of Paralives for just a bit too long, but hey, sometimes a masterpiece takes time to create. Of course, we have The Sims 4 for now, but after so many years, if The Sims 5 doesn’t step it up and give us what we really want in a life sim game, the franchise could easily stop being the biggest on the market. As of right now, it’s looking like Paralives is taking those steps to become the life sim we always wanted, even though we might not have known we needed it. A new Gameplay Trailer for Paralives was released, and it’s got me waiting for the release date in eager anticipation.
Paralives Gameplay Shows Features The Sims is Sorely Lacking
Paralives is quickly shaping up to be one of the best life sim games we’ve known, and it hasn’t even been released yet. Earlier today, a whole new gameplay reveal was dropped and we get a firsthand look at what’s going on in-game and how amazing it will be. The gameplay trailer covers everything about Live Mode in Paralives so far, but it’s important to note that the game is still in development and there will be lots more to come in the future. However, early development or not, Paralives is looking pretty nice and I can’t wait to get my hands on it, and the devs shoved in a little announcement at the end of the reveal to get us even more excited.
Just from the Live Mode reveal alone, I can already tell that Paralives is going to be so much more advanced than The Sims games have been. You have much more control over your characters’ actions and interactions with others, and even a more in-depth career mechanic. Not to mention, the game is beautiful. Paralives seems to offer us much more when it comes to the setting, graphics, and so much more, even from small bits of the gameplay revealed through trailers. The Sims 5 will have a hard time keeping up with this new life sim game.
Life Sim Gameplay Trailer Narrows Down Release Date
Not only do we get a great view of what Paralives will be like, but we also get a bit more information than we were anticipating. We’ve been waiting on an update on when Paralives would release for quite a while with little to no help from the devs. Until today we only knew that the game was still in the early stages of development. However, within the last few seconds of the Live Mode Reveal, we get a peek at the release window for Paralives, and we’re looking at a 2025 release.
Yes, it’s still quite a way down the road, but at least we know to expect more information as we approach next year. Earlier in the development process, we also got a Paralives development roadmap so we can keep up with the development process and even see what there still is to come in the game, and what’s already been done. So far, we’re nearing the end of the pre-early access development and I really can’t wait to see what Paralives has in store for us when it comes out.
