In the wake of the controversial footage, fans took to social media to support the 26-year-old, with many asking reporters to leave him alone.

After spending over two months behind bars for violating his probation, Kodak Black was finally released from the Miami Federal Detention Center on Wednesday. However, things quickly took an unexpected turn after the rapper sighted journalists trying to cover his release. Video footage that surfaced showed Kodak Black throwing stones at a cameraman, with a voice in the background saying, “Don’t throw anything at our camera.” A reporter at the scene also claimed that Kodak Black threatened to punch him repeatedly. However, the man noted that he and other journalists around didn’t back down, as they were only doing their job.
