Disturb’s lead singer David Draiman reiterated his unwavering admiration for Taylor Swift, admitting his desire to see her perform alongside him. The heavy metal band member has been vocal about his love for the pop star, who has taken the world by storm since the onset of her Eras tour and relationship with Travis Kelce. Last November, the crooner made a direct reference to Taylor while addressing one of his fans, implying his concert pales in comparison to Taylor’s because “Taylor Swift kicks ass.” He reiterated this once again last month when he chastised a fan for taking a stab at the songstress during one of his concerts. His constant defense of the Cruel Summer singer has made it obvious that Disturb’s David Draiman is, in fact, a die-hard Swiftie.
Disturb’s David Drainman Extends Open Invite to Taylor Swift
Like most Swifties, it appears David Draiman nurtures the dream of someday snagging the honor of being on stage with Taylor Swift. The music artist made this known to concertgoers this week at a recent Disturbed show, even extending her an open invitation to perform alongside him someday. In a clip which has since gone viral on social media, the 50-year-old stood on stage after an electrifying performance, addressing the audience. He began,
“It is “true we don’t write” about lighthearted topics like “rainbows and puppy dogs.”

David continued,
“You know what? I might as well put it out there. Taylor, if you ever wanna come sing Don’t Tell Me with us live, you’re more than welcome. It would be an honor to have you on this stage.”
As cheers erupted throughout the auditorium, David Draiman added that he believed Taylor Swift “Would make Ann Wilson proud.” He also established that he couldn’t care less what anyone thought about his open invitation to the Lovers singer for a live collaboration.
At this point, Disturbed fans or anyone else can hardly complain considering how firm the lead singer has been in his defense of Taylor Swift. Reacting to the clip, several fans lauded David’s unapologetic fandom, even offering various song suggestions from both parties anyone would move mountains to see them perform together. Is a collaboration on the horizon though? Time will tell.
