As you make your way through the fabulous and mystical Fae wilds on Nightingale, you’ll start to need some more advanced crafting materials and resources. One such material would be the Blades required to craft the Refined Saw Table in Nightingale. They’re not the hardest to craft, but they sure do require some extra time and effort to make them, because they require multiple steps throughout the whole process. However time-consuming it may be, it’s well worth it to have the more advanced crafting stations and tools they create. Let’s take a look at how to get and farm Blades in Nightingale.

Before you get started with farming Blades in Nightingale, there are some tools and crafting stations you’ll need handy.

  • Pickaxe
  • Smelter
  • Brazier
  • Fuel to keep your crafting stations ignited

Now, let’s get down to the process. When it comes to crafting and farming Blades, ore is your friend. Seriously. You’ll need tons of it. Simply because of how easy it is to find, I used Tin Ore. If you’re looking for a Blades farm, be prepared to farm loads of ore first.

Next, you’ll need to grab some fuel to ignite your smelter and smelt all your Tin Ore down into Ingots. To craft one Blade, you’ll need at least 6 Ingots. That said, if you’re going to do any farming, you’ll need dozens or even hundreds of ore.

After you’ve got all your Ingots, head over to the Brazier. Here, you’ll need to craft Metal Plates. Each Metal Plate requires:

  • 3x Ingot

After that, within the Brazier, you can craft Blades using:

  • 2x Metal Plates

Now, let’s quickly recap.

  1. Collect and smelt Ore into Ingots at a Smelter
  2. Craft your Ingots into Metal Plates at a Brazier
  3. Craft your Metal Plates into Blades at a Brazier

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
