No, that’s not Celebi. It’s Tales Of Tanorio‘s own mythical Grass-type: Flowither. This Grass/Ghost creature isn’t just a Roblox knockoff of the famous Pokemon, however. It’s an eerie parasite and challenging boss with unique battle mechanics. Tracking down and defeating Flowither isn’t easy, and even after you do so, you’ll need to find one in the wild to catch. It can be a difficult process, but the reward is one of the coolest creatures in the game. Just get ready for a tough fight and some grinding after, especially if you want a new Shiny. Here’s how to get the Legendary Flowither in Tales Of Tanorio.

Capturing a Legendary Flowither in Tales Of Tanorio won’t take as long as getting shinies, but it’s still a daunting task. Before you can even find Flowither in the wild, you’ll need to defeat it in a boss encounter. That encounter becomes available after defeating Dylan at the second gym. Once you’ve done so, you’ll gain access to the Vine Climb ability. With this ability you’ll be able to reach Dewfall Den and then Kaigan Cliffs. Cross the bridge in Kaigan Cliffs and look for the red vine hidden on the cliff below. Use the red vine to reach the lower section of Kaigan Cliffs, then journey through the grass until you reach a cave.

Inside the cave, you’ll face a boss battle with Flowither. The Legendary Flowither is a deadly foe in Tales Of Tanorio thanks to its unique buff/debuff mechanic. Flowither is weak at the beginning of battle but grows in strength over time. After reaching max stats, it then withers to its weakened state once more. You’ll therefore want to beat this boss as quickly as possible, but if you don’t manage to finish it off right away, you’ll have another shot once it weakens itself. Flowither is a Grass and Ghost Type with immunity to Psychic damage. Keep that in mind when selecting Tanorios and their attacks.

How To Get Flowither

When you defeat Flowither you’ll receive the message “??? can now be found roaming in the wild.” Like other Legendaries, however, Flowither only has a 1/1000 spawn chance. That means if you want to get the Legendary Flowither in Tales Of Tanorio, you’ll need to do some grinding. The good news is the Chaining mechanic reduces the grind a little bit.

The more times you encounter a given Tanorio in the wild, the better your odds of encountering stronger or Shiny versions of it will be. Chaining doesn’t increase your base chance of finding Flowither in the first place, but it does mean finding a special one won’t be so miserable.
