Recall that Beyonce released her first country album, Cowboy Carter, featuring 27 tracks a few days ago. On the other hand, K. Michelle’s first country album is set to be released later this year. Beyonce has shown her support ahead of its release, even sending the singer a heartfelt note and some flowers. But despite the support, some country music fans have drawn comparisons between the duo. The comparisons worsened recently after Michelle made a cryptic post about Dolly Parton.
K. Michelle Makes Cryptic Post
K. Michelle and Beyonce have recently received much attention from fans due to their decisions to try out country music. For Beyonce, the attention has mostly been mixed reactions. While some have supported her first country album, others have criticized her for not featuring Michelle in any of the tracks. On Tuesday, the trolls had something to discuss again after Michelle made a cryptic post. On her Instagram page, Michelle posted a photo of a white platform with the word “Dolly” boldly written on it. She made the post even more cryptic by leaving out a caption but has since deleted it.
Fans Compare K. Michelle and Beyonce
Shortly after Michelle made the post, The Shade Room reposted it on Instagram. In no time, fans came up with loads of theories. Many noted that the 42-year-old Michelle probably hinted at a collaboration with country music legend Dolly Parton on her upcoming album. Some also noted that it would have been great if Beyonce featured Michelle in her album. Others focused on comparing Michelle and Beyonce.

Others shared that Beyonce already showed support for K Michelle’s country album by sending flowers. According to them, there was no need for comparisons as both women were equally talented. Beyonce sending K. Michelle flowers ahead of her album release shows there is nothing but love between both women. Hence, there shouldn’t be any reason for these comparisons.
