Since the release of Destiny 2‘s Into the Light update, we’ve seen loads of changes and some returning weapons, with the addition of some quests to give you an idea of what changes have been made. One of the first quests you’ll do, which needs to be completed in the middle of the Feats of Bravery quest, is the Stranger Danger quest in Destiny 2. Stranger Danger takes you out into the wilds where you must defeat as many enemies as you can with a specific type of weapon. Let’s take a look at all the steps to complete Stranger Danger in Destiny 2.

The first step to completing Stranger Danger is to choose a way to defeat enemies with Pulse Rifles. In order to earn the reward at the end of the quest, you’ll need to earn Shaxx’s admiration, which naturally means you’ll need to do a lot of enemy slaying. You can choose one of two objectives to complete to move onto the next step:

  1. Defeat combatants with precision damage using Pulse Rifles anywhere in the system. Bonus progress granted in Onslaught.
  2. Defeat combatants in Vanguard Ops playlist activities using Pulse Rifles. Bonus progress granted for higher difficulty Nightfalls.

For the second step of Stranger Danger, you’ll need to go find the Elsie’s Rifle Holo-Shaxx. To do this, head back to the Hall of Campions and search the rooms off to the side of the Hall for the one that offers Elsie’s Rifle, then interact with it.

  1. Return to the Hall of Champions and unlock Elsie’s Rifle at the appropriate Holo-Shaxx.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
