With the addition of the Star Wars event to Fortnite, Bowcaster, E-11 Blasters, Lightsabers, and of course, Darth Vader have been added to the game. However, compared to previous Star Wars events, these Mythic items are a little harder to find this time around. The reason for this is that the game does not show you where you can find these weapons. Therefore, you either have to learn how to get them by luck or do some research online. The hardest thing is finding where Darth Vader spawns in Fortnite, but we’ve found it for you, here’s where you can find him.
Where Does Darth Vader Spawn in Fortnite
In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2’s Star Wars event, Darth Vader’s location seems to be a bit more hidden than in other events. This is because previously we could see the location of Imperial Camps and bosses, but not in this event.
Anyway, back to the topic at hand, in this event we can find Darth Vader on the island in the north part of the Fortnite map. To be more specific, if you’ve been playing the game for a long time, we can say that he’s located on the island where the Solid Snake NPC was located during the Metal Gear Solid collaboration. We can say that this location is the spawn point of Darth Vader in Fortnite and it is unlikely that you will find it anywhere else.
You can land directly on this island just north of Lavish Lair. Or, if you want to play it safe, you can first land at Lavish Lair and then do a third party to Darth Vader’s location. This makes it easy to hunt down players who are already fighting each other, or players who are trying to take down Darth Vader.
You can also get Darth Vader’s Lightsaber, Chewbacca’s Bowcaster, and Stormtroopers’ E-11 Blasters at this location in Fortnite.
How To Defeat Darth Vader Boss in Fortnite
Darth Vader has six different combos in Fortnite, and the better you know them, the easier it will be to defeat him.
- Basic Swing: He performs basic attacks with his Lightsaber in this attack.
- Pull Force: He pulls you strongly towards it and starts hitting you.
- Throw Obstacles: He picks up an object around him using his Force Power and throws it towards you.
- Throw Lightsaber: He throws his Lightsaber at you and it hurts like hell.
- Lightsaber Dodge: By spinning his Lightsaber he deflects all bullets coming at him, it is pointless to shoot at Darth Vader when he is using this move.
- Long Jump: When you move away from him or when you go to the high ground, he will approach you with a long jump.
When fighting Darth Vader, make sure to keep your distance, have cover in front of you, and use rapid-fire weapons as much as possible. For example, with Waterbending you can melt Darth Vader in an incredibly short time.
