Olivia Dunne can never be accused of not garnering a massive response on Instagram. The LSU gymnast, 21, was already the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media by 2021, and three years later, she’s more popular than ever.
In September 2023, Olivia posted to her IG with figure-flaunting snaps of herself and the LSU Tigers team she’s a part of. Showing off her impossibly toned figure in a skintight leotard, the blonde gained plenty of comments, including some that one fan deemed to be “too much.” In fact, this user’s observation was agreed on by over 260 fans and even gained approval from the star herself. Dunne is followed by over 5 million on Instagram, also counting Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin as a follower.

Striking a flamboyant pose in her opening slide, Olivia highlighted her built legs and toned rear in a tight, metallic purple leotard with sheer aspects, plus pops of glitter from metallic silver studding. Seated as she folded one leg behind her, the Instagram star threw one arm up for a jazzy pose, sending the camera a confident smile as she pursed her lips.
Flaunting her figure in further snaps that saw her joined by fellow LSU gymnasts, Olivia even kicked up a leg while on tip-toe in one snap, reminding her fans of the muscle she’s built as a result of her career and also of her team spirit. “Last one best one,” she wrote adding a “senior szn” hashtag.
Warned The Comments Are ‘Too Much’
Over 500,000 likes have poured in. “SERVING GLOW!!” one fan wrote. “How is someone this pretty and so talented at the same time,” another asked. While plenty more clean remarks came in, some fans went a little below the belt with their replies, and it looks like the user flagging this had an issue with it.
“Nah some of these comments are too much,” they wrote. Interestingly, while Dunne is notorious for not responding to her fans, she did reply here. “They always are,” the New Jersey native wrote. Of course, with proof that Olivia replies, fans couldn’t help but shoot their shot at further interaction. “I added u to a gc, accept the invite,” one hopeful fan replied.
Olivia’s biggest fanbase is over on TikTok, where over 8 million have hit “follow.” The star made 2023 headlines for a rising number of brand deals, plus her high-profile Sports Illustrated Swim debut.
