Emma Watson made instant headlines for her cute satin minidress as she hit up Milan Fashion Week last fall and attended a high-profile dinner party. The British actress, 34, was just one of the many famous faces invited to the Prada bash, and her attendance was likely a non-negotiable given that she fronts the Italian brand’s beauty and fragrance branches.
Stunning in her leggy number as she went braless, Emma found herself topping style lists for her looks, but some fans were seeing room for improvement. When a user seeing the photos on The Daily Mail suggested that Watson should “iron” her dress, others agreed. The Harry Potter star’s September 2023 soirée was also attended by TikTok face Charli D’Amelio and MCU actress Scarlett Johansson.
Emma Watson Shows Off Minidress At Prada Dinner
Looking stylish as she showed off her trim frame, Emma wowed in a sleeveless, pearl-colored minidress in slinky satins. Flaunting her toned arms, shoulders, and legs, the A-lister stuck to her signature understated elegance as she rocked a lighter version of the classic LBD, also showing some shoulder definition as the dress boasted a slight halterneck finish.
Teaming her thigh-skimming dress with a Prada logo purse and slingback heels in cream, Emma waved at the cameras while showing off a dewy face of foundation and blush as she wore her hair down.
Fans Are Saying The Dress Needs Ironing
Users were quick to comment. While some threw shade at Emma as Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling continues to make controversial headlines, others went for the dress.
“Is it just me or does the outfit need ironing?” one fan asked. Over 65 users liked the comment. Amusingly, one user replied, saying: “I wouldn’t recommend ironing yourself.”
Appearing to echo the thought as they also gained likes, a separate user replied: “Normally Emma looks lovely however this time it looks like her outfit came straight out of the laundry bin!” Here, a fan replied, saying that the dress looked “creased.” They even challenged the designer tag, adding that Emma looked like she was wearing something from budget clothing chain Primark.
Emma continues to promote Prada Beauty on her Instagram. She’s plugged the Paradoxe fragrance she is the face of, also sharing a slew of summer 2023 beach snaps, all tagging Prada Beauty.
Also fronting luxury beauty brands are fellow actress Sydney Sweeney for Armani Beauty, singer Miley Cyrus for Gucci’s fragrances, plus The White Lotus star Alexandra Daddario for Dior Beauty.
