Britney Spears may have suffered a twisted ankle as her high-profile medical drama fronted media outlets earlier this month, but the pop singer was determined to put on a smile as she updated her Instagram last night.
On Friday evening, the “Toxic” singer stunned her followers as she paraded around in a see-through, corset-style dress, showing off her killer curves and looking happy despite the dramatic headlines she’s been making. May alone has seen Britney settle her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari, reportedly reach a conservatorship settlement, and, after a fight with boyfriend Paul Soliz at the Chateau Marmont, find herself escorted by ambulance services after injuring her ankle. This IG post proved that the singer is always capable of being cheerful. It also gained a like from close friend Paris Hilton.

Striking poses from a swanky spacious bathroom, Spears nailed the two-piece-effect look as she modeled a plunging bustier-style top with a low neckline and plenty of silver sparkle around the bust. Showing off her slender waistline as she placed her hands near her chest, the mom of two added in a low-slung skirt piece to match, opting for sheer caramel shades that flashed her toned legs.
Showing off her hips as she got spicy in some moments, Spears stuck to her signature down hairdo, flaunting her blonde locks and a black choker necklace as she swung from side to side. Eventually, Britney leaned in toward the camera for a smile while clutching her phone.

Britney’s Instagram has been nothing short of dramatic over the past week. Alongside sharing footage of her swollen, twisted ankle, the star has been lashing out at her parents, going as far as blaming her mother for the injury. Britney also said that the paramedics were called to the Chateau Marmont “illegally” as she announced that she would be “moving to Boston.”
As to how Britney’s recovery is going, there was a fresh update just yesterday.
“Walking on a broken foot … if i go fast it goes numb !!! I got surgery on my left leg 🦵🏻 three times … twice for my knee and once for my foot 🦶🏻,” the Grammy winner told fans, adding: “They always said it can heal on its own but theres a huge chance it can snap and break again 😬 !!! Well I always did the surgeries and it was more painful afterwards so I’m being stubborn this time .. I’m gonna see if my body knows how to heal itself.”
