He is unhappy about how she sprung the news on him during her MisSpelling podcast show. Tori continues to push the envelope during her podcasts. But she may have pushed Dean too far because he is ready to push back.
Deam McDermott Comes For Tori Spelling
Tori Spelling continues to use the shock factor to draw listeners to her podcast show MisSpelling. However, she looks to have taken things a bit too far with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott. During her live podcast show, Tori called Dean to inform him that she had filed for divorce. The news took him by surprise, and her fans called her out for putting him on the spot in such an impulsive manner.
Since Tori’s podcast series began, there have been no limits on the subject matter she shares about herself or her family—Dean included. So far, she has outed some pretty personal details regarding her marriage, divorce, and intimate moments with him. She has also shared some shocking TMI regarding herself, including her body piercings and bathroom habits.
It is easy to see why Dean McDermott may be feeling some way about Tori these days. Considering the way she has treated him, it now seems that the gloves are coming off, and Dean is ready to go after Tori in court.
Tori & Dean Fight It Out Over Support & Custody
Dean McDermott has recently responded to Tori Spelling’s divorce petition, showing her no mercy in his demands. Dean now requests that the court order Tori to pay him spousal support and joint custody of their five children. According to The Blast, he believes that after 17 years of marriage, he deserves some compensation.
Tori Spelling originally asked for full physical custody of the children and for Dean to pay her spousal support. She also sought to bar Dean from requesting support from her. Asset division and property settlement are pending, and prenuptial details, if any, have not been revealed.
“You hope it works out like that. You always hope that. I don’t know. I don’t know what’s gonna happen now,” states Spelling.
Tori also admits she is ready to move on with her life and is open to dating, adding that she hopes to find love again one day. But after Dean’s latest move, it looks as if this divorce could become quite messy before it is all said and done.
