Jenelle Evansย isn’t happy to hearย Chelsea DeBoerย has commented on her recently. The newly returnedย Teen Momย star sounded off in an Instagram life about some seemingly innocuous comments her former MTV castmate made about her in a recent interview.ย Jenelle wasย noneย too pleased to hear the news and didn’t hold back about how sheย feelsย about Chelsea.
The Teen Mom Alum Wished Her Former Cast Well
Theย Down Home Fabย host was recently askedย in an interview withย Entertainment Tonightย whether she was still in contact with any of herย Teen Mom 2ย castmates.ย DeBoer departed the MTV series in 2020 after over a decade.
After I left that, I was just ready to leave it behind. But, of course, I see clips online. These girls were a huge part of a very important part of my life as well.
We kind of all went through the same thing together at the same time, and even if I don’t talk to these girls all the time, my heart is still with them. That was a hard thing to go through publicly, we were young and naive. So I still care about all of those girls so much, and I just wish them so, so well.

Chelsea talked about Jenelle specifically when asked about the news she was divorcing in another interview last month.
I canโt imagine how going through a divorce would be in general. So, I hope sheโs doing OK and I wish her just the best.

Jenelle Didn’t Find The HGTV Star’s Sentiments To Be Authentic
Chelsea DeBoer’s diplomatic answer to a question she didn’t expect didn’t work for Jenelle. She slammed Chelsea โ and her former Teen Mom 2 castmates โ as fake during an Instagram Q&A.
Itโs funny how Chelsea does [an] interview and plays nice like we all still talk. I just find them all two-faced.

Going on about the subject as she answered more questions, Jenelle directed more comments directly at Chelsea.
Behind closed doors she hates me and always has. If she was genuine she would actually reach out to me personally rather than โwishing me luckโ during a public interview. She has never acted as a friend towards me. [Sheโs] nice to your face though.

It’s no surprise that there’s tension between the former castmates, and has been for some time. However, it’s clear Chelsea has moved on โ not just from MTV but from the drama that some of her former castmates continue to indulge in.
Jenelle has, at many points, feuded with different members of her cast. She’s often expressed that she feels her story has been treated by both the network and fans as lesser than those of other Teen Mom stars.
However, the past seems to be in the past. MTV is allowing Jenelle to return with an update in the upcoming season of Teen Mom: Next Chapter. Testing the waters to see how fans react to her new chapter is sure to be interesting for fans of the long-running franchise.
