Wuthering Waves has its version of “World Quests,” called Exploration Quests. These are crucial and should be a priority for Resonators if they want to unlock new systems in the world. The first Exploration Quest in Wuthering Waves is “We Promise, We Deliver,” and you can unlock it after reaching the first roadblock in the main quest. Like the Main Quests, the Exploration Quests also give valuable rewards such as Shell Credits, Aterites, and Union EXP. They are also full of challenges and action-packed cinematics.
How To Complete ‘We Promise, We Deliver’ in Wuthering Waves
You will unlock this Exploration Quest after completing the Ominous Star Main Quest and reaching Union Level 10. To activate this quest, you must go to the Jinzhou bulletin board near the synthesizer and the Academy and interact with the Wanted Poster. If you want to get all the rewards, you must follow these steps to complete the mission:
1. After verifying the Wanted Poster, Professor Woodrow will speak briefly with you.
2. Then, you will receive an email from Lollo Logistics, which you must read to continue.
3. Go to the headquarters of Lollo Logistics in Jinzhou. The location is very close to the Academy.
4. At the Lollo Logistics headquarters, one of the employees, Mimika, is arguing with her boss, Tang Manliu. To summarize, Mimika escapes to a dangerous location, and Rover must track her down.
5. Following Mimika’s coordinates, you will end at the Sea of Flames. You will have to face several enemies on the way, but you must be more careful of the Incinero Petals because they inflict Fusion DoT; you can avoid it if you don’t step on the grass with flowers.
6. When you reach the coordinates, you will be in a Tacet Field and start the fight against Inferno Rider: Blazing Guardian. In this battle, you can only lose.
7. You will wake up in a safe zone with Woodrow, Tang Manliu, and Mimika. You will talk a bit with everyone about the critical condition of the area and the materials for the spear that you need to fix the situation.
8. Then, go with Mimika to the Nexus Beacon. A signal for help will make you and Mimika go to investigate the Sea of Flames, where you will help an exile.
9. Go to the First Abandoned Research Facility, where you will get the first spear material after completing the Spear Tip: Penetration Test.
10. Go to the Second Abandoned Research Facility, where you must connect the fuel pipelines of the Spear Breech: Propeller Test. You must use the Levitator to place the pipe segments in the correct order.
11. Your map will mark the area where you can get the last material. It will be in a camp where you must position yourself on the four pressure plates within a time limit to make a Training Dummy appear.
12. Hit the Training Dummy to trigger the Signals Console. You will get the last spear’s material when you hack the system.
13. Then, you must complete the Spear Barrel: Durability Test to verify which spears would function. In this challenge, you will have to hit the spears to see which ones don’t break. The field will be full of Incinero Petals, but destroying the spears will give you immunity to them and not to the enemies attacking you.
14. Return to Woodrow for the next challenge, Explosive Spear. In this challenge, you must take the spears with the Levitator to throw them at the enemies.
15. Now, you can rechallenge the Inferno Rider, and this time, you can defeat him. Watch out for the flowers around the battlefield.
16. When you defeat the Echo, you must absorb it.
17. Afterward, you will transform into the Rider to destroy the obstacles and jump over the sections where the road is missing.
In the end, you will destroy the second Tacet Field in the area, the same one that generated the Incinero Petals all over the Sea of Flames.
‘We Promise, We Deliver’ Rewards & Unlocks
The Exploration Quests give generous rewards for completion, similar to the Main Quests. Such as EXP materials to upgrade your Resonators, Weapons, and more. When you finish this mission, you will get the following:

- Advanced Resonance Potion x3
- Harmony Tablets Recipe x1
- Shell Credit x32000
After completing the ‘We Promise, We Deliver’ mission in Wuthering Waves, you can walk around the area without worrying about the toxic pollen that depletes your HP. In addition to the initial rewards, you can now equip your Resonators with the Inferno Rider and transform them into this Echo.
