As many fans will remember, Noah reportedly took issue with Tish marrying former Prison Break star Dominic Purcell after the young singer dated him first. Noah Cyrus Still Feuding With Mom Tish Cyrus Purcell, but Things Are Getting Better
Despite having an estranged relationship, Noah Cyrus took the time to give her mother a shoutout on both Mother’s Day and her birthday. In one post, she shared a photo of Tish Cyrus holding her as a baby. Tish wore a sunhat and posed in a green field. Another post featured much younger Tish and Noah smiling for the camera as they celebrate a birthday together.
The social media messages are now thought to be a small step towards reconciliation between Noah and Tish. However, it hasn’t fixed the situation. The singer is still said to be pulling away from members of her family. However, Tish is hopeful that things will eventually work out.
“Noah and Tish’s relationship is still very strained, but things are improving,” a source tells the outlet. “Noah texted Tish for her birthday on May 15 and Tish was happy to hear from her. This whole drama has been upsetting for Tish, and she has reached out to close friends for advice on how to fix things.”
Despite the odd vibes in Noah Cyrus’ family life, she has found love again. She’s currently engaged to fashion designer Pinkus. However, it remains to be seen if Tish Cyrus will be invited to her upcoming wedding.
