Sabrina Carpenter has faced a wave of unprecedented hate as new photos show her stunning at Paris Fashion Week. The “Espresso” singer, who has stormed the music charts this year, was a high-profile face at this year’s Loewe Fashion Show, showing up to the event in a slinky, turquoise dress with an ab-flashing finish.
When Just Jared posted a gallery of photos of Sabrina in her glam look, users were quick to bully her for being the new kid on the block. One even claimed that the gallery should have included “more exciting” stars. Despite not being established on the levels of Ariana Grande or Miley Cyrus, Sabrina has definitely made a name for herself in 2024. The fact that she was invited to the Loewe Show is, alone, testimony to her popularity and brand endorsement power.
Sabrina Carpenter Stuns Instagram In Slinky Dress
Looking a million dollars as she struck poses in her floor-length number, Sabrina sizzled as her pale blue gown popped against her golden tan and signature blonde hair.
Rocking a sleeveless dress with a high neckline and swish, ruched fabrics, the 25-year-old singer and actress flashed her trim midriff as an unusual large belt covered her bare belly, with her low-slung skirt half forming a two-piece-effect.
Adding pops of gold and black from her belt, Sabrina placed her hands around her hips as she wore her hair swept up, making sure to show off her girly features via plenty of flowing makeup. “Sabrina Carpenter looked oh-so-chic in turquoise while attending the Loewe Menswear show today during Paris Fashion Week,” a caption read.
Fans Say She’s Too New
Over 70 fans have now liked a harsh comment reading: “I have no clue who this girl is . She popped up like a week ago and now she’s all over social media like an industry plant.”
Even more spiteful, but also popular, was a fan who said: “This little chick annoys the hell out of me and I don’t even know why.”
That said, Sabrina did receive backup. The pop sensation had one fan predicting that the trolls would come right for “the woman being successful and thought this woman just came out of the womb yesterday.” Nonetheless, and amid others defending her, Sabrina was still targeted. “Why post her and only her when there’s so much more exciting celebrities on the runway,” one user said.
Sabrina has been on screens since her 2011 Law & Order: SVU debut. Her early career also included her 2014-2017 stint on Disney series Girl Meets World, although she is now best known for her chart-topping music. She even made her SKIMS debut earlier this year.
