Miranda Lambert was all about getting everyone’s “attention” as she updated her Instagram five days ago. The country singer, 40, turned heads in a fringe-accent jacket with nothing worn beneath it, posting to promote her new “DAMNIT RANDY” track and definitely getting the response she was likely seeking.
Earning herself over 28,000 likes as she stunned in her signature Western style, Miranda made sure that everyone checked out her latest track, one coming hot on the heels of her “Wranglers” release. Miranda is followed by 4.8 million on her IG.

Shot close up as she leaned out of a broken window, Miranda showed off her good looks and her country edge in a cream leather jacket with pops of turquoise blue from stitched detailing.
Flashing hints of her chest as she rocked her fringe outerwear, the Idyllwind founder gazed ahead, sporting her blonde locks down and wearing a statement silver choker necklace with a turquoise gemstone matching her jacket. Looking fierce as she highlighted her blue eyes, the Grammy winner sported a full face of makeup bringing out her gorgeous features, with a swipe right showing part of the song’s lyrics.
“NOW I’ve got your attention 😘 DAMMIT RANDY. New song out now,” Miranda wrote in a caption.
What ‘DAMNIT RANDY’ Is About
Miranda’s latest song is about a breakup, but it’s not bitter in nature. The singer, divorced from country star Blake Shelton and now happily married to former NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin, has opened up to reveal more about her song.
Dishing that the inspiration came as she ended her dealings with Sony Records, Miranda shared: “We were talking about how excited we were to be starting this journey with a new label family…and how supported we felt by them,” adding:
“Which turned into chatting about situations where you might not feel so supported by someone — in this case, an unappreciative Randy. So, this one’s for anyone with a Randy they need to move on from.”
Miranda has more than just her music releases going on, though. The star continues to promote her popular Idyllwind clothing line on social media, plus her 2023-launched homeware line with retailer Walmart. Here, she joins sitcom star Sofia Vergara in launching products retailed with the brand.
Lambert has also been reflecting on iconic past moments. On June 25, she updated her Instagram with the fake mugshot photo from her “Something Bad” video.
Fans went wild over the snap featuring fellow country singer Carrie Underwood.
