Justin Timberlake is worried about his career amid all of the drama he’s recently found himself in. The singer was arrested for DWI in New York last month. Since then, he’s been taking a lot of heat for his actions. Meanwhile, his past controversies have also been revisited amid all of the chaos. Now, Timberlake may be forced to reunite with his former boyband, NSYNC, if he wants to revive his career.
An insider tells Radar Online that Justin Timberlake used to have a golden boy image. However, his latest scandal may have been the final straw for his reputation and career. The singer is allegedly very worried about how his arrest will impact his career, which includes his album, tour, and movie roles. He’s considering getting NSYNC back together for a tour to not only get the focus off of his arrest but also spark some excitement about his music again.
Justin Timberlake Willing To Reunite With NSYNC Amid Drunk Driving Drama
“Justin is terrified his career may be finished,” the informant dished. “He’s convinced his only hope to bounce all the way back is another tour with the boys. Every NSYNC album was a No.1 hit, and their tours sold out arenas across the globe,” the source continued. “Justin knows the audience is still out there, so he’s begging the guys to do this favor for him.”
Timberlake was reportedly very upset following his arrest when his album dropped off the Billboard 200. The insider says that the NSYNC reunion tour may be a go after the singer’s latest album didn’t perform as expected. He hasn’t been landing big acting roles, so now it’s up to the rest of the group.
“It’s a hard sell,” the source said of the rest of the band. “That said, they also know the kind of money a tour could generate, so they’re seriously considering it.”
Justin Timberlake reuniting with NSYNC for a reunion tour would likely be huge news. Fans of the boyband are still loyal to the group. They would certainly love another shot to see them perform together again.
However, it remains to be seen if JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, and Chris Kirkpatrick would be willing to join Justin Timberlake on tour again.
