Not only is Slap Battles one of the goofiest games on Roblox, but new gloves are always being released. It keeps the game fresh and rewarding, with endless laughs to be had. One engaging Slap Battles glove added in July 2024 is the aptly named Wrench Glove. Its passive, “Turn This Way,” is incredibly useful for countering flickers, one-shot slaps, and even counterattacks. However, getting your hands on the Wrench Glove means first earning the UberCharged Badge.
To get the new Wrench Glove in Slap Battles, you’ll need two things:
- The Engineer Slap Glove
- A player with the Thor Slap Glove
If you have a private server, or access to one, I highly recommend using it now. It’ll make getting the UberCharged Badge so much easier. Otherwise, you’ll have to either hope someone has it on the server or look for someone on Slap Battles’ official Discord channel.
How To Get the Engineer Slap Glove
Now, the Engineer Slap Glove is relatively easy to obtain. It doesn’t require a badge, like many other gloves, but you will need 9000 Slaps. If you haven’t already, use any and all working Slap Battles codes to get you started.
How To Get the UberCharged Badge
The trick to the UberCharged Badge is to let the person wielding the Thor Slap Glove use the glove’s ability “Volt” on you while you’re wearing the Engineer Slap Glove. You’ll be struck by lightning and slowed, but that’s what you want. While you’re still under the effects of Volt, use your Engineer Slap Glove to summon a sentry, then slap the sentry.
Upon slapping the sentry, you’ll get the UberCharged Badge and the Wrench Glove all in one go. As to what the new Wrench Glove does in Slap Battles, using it on another player locks them into a direction for 10 seconds. If the player tries to move, they’ll only move in that direction, even if they have shift-lock enabled. Slapping them a second time will knock them back!
