Without a doubt, the Cunning Hares are a somewhat eccentric group of characters. Among the members of this faction of Zenless Zone Zero is the animated Billy Kid, an Agent as strong as steel but just as “intelligent” as the Tin Man. Of course, this robot is a companion you can always count on, no matter how complicated the situation is. Also, even though Nicole hates spending money, she makes sure that the ZZZ Agents of her team, like Billy Kid, have his build and weapons in a decent state. At least the minimum necessary to fulfill the assignments of the faction.
Best W-Engines for Billy Kid Build in Zenless Zone Zero
With the money he earns from commissions, Billy Kid has saved a little to buy some limited edition W-Engines, such as:

Starlight Engine Replica is not only the Signature W-Engine for Billy Kid, but it is ideal to add in any build of ZZZ‘s Agents of ranged Physical Combat. This gadget provides a permanent ATK buff, and the unit gains a Physical DMG bonus when hitting an enemy with a Basic Attack at 6m. The Brimstone is excellent if your gameplay relies heavily on Basic, Dash Attacks, or Dodge Counters and gives an ATK buff. Steel Cushion increases CRIT Rate and Physical DMG when you attack your enemies from behind.

Best Stats: Crit DMG% or CRIT Rate%, Physical DMG%, PEN Ratio%, and ATK%.
Puffer Electro is ideal for maintaining a buff in PEN Ratio% and ATK%; it focuses on a game style where you must use Ultimate constantly. On the other hand, if you prefer to use Basic Attacks and EX, you should use Woodpecker Electro as it improves CRIT Rate% and ATK%. Fanged Metal works better for Anomaly-based Physical damage Agents and increases Physical DMG%.
Best Team Comps and Rotation
Billy Kid is an Agent who can adapt very well to other teammates in ZZZ, but in reality, his best team is his faction friends with this formation:

In any team, the main thing is to paralyze the enemies with the Stunt Agent like Anby or Lycaon. Then, I prefer to continue with the Support to get buffs for my DPS, but Billy has a unique rotation. This robot can take down a target with its long-range shots. Starlight Engine Replica is an excellent choice for this approach since shooting from afar activates its effect. In addition, Billy’s Dash can take out several nearby enemies while gliding and crouching without stopping his Basic Attacks.

Although many believe that Billy Kid is not the best ZZZ Agent because he is A-Rank, guess again because, with this build and team, this robot’s abilities will undoubtedly leave a mark on New Eridu.
